Falnor is a systems studio for B2B operations: a small team that works alongside yours. We start by mapping how one part of your business really runs, then design, build and hand over the system it runs on, using the software you already use (for example Xero, Sage, Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics and Zendesk).

What we do for clients

• Discovery and mapping. Our team sits with yours and writes down how the work really runs: where each detail comes from, the rule at each step, who decides and what gets updated. You keep the map whether or not you hire us to build.
• Design and build. We build the system around your operation, for work such as invoices and accounts payable, claims, approvals and customer requests.
• Shadow run. Before anything acts, the system only reads your software and shows what it would do. We check it against your real cases with you, and let it act one task at a time once it is right at least 9 times in 10.
• Handover. The system runs on your own software and keeps running without us. You own it, its rules and its full record from day one.

How we engage

Project-based. There is no price list: we map your work first, then agree scope, timeline and price in writing before anything is built. People stay in control throughout. Anything important, unusual or hard to undo waits for a named person on your team to approve it.
