Mode AI

Mode AI (Mode AI Consulting Pty Ltd) is a Canberra-based AI consultancy registered in 2025. It works with regulated organisations, businesses and government agencies, taking them from AI strategy to working AI systems. Its co-founder Jason Pye has a background in scaling wholesale and retail businesses and in auditing federal government departments.

The firm covers strategy and advisory, team enablement and training, end-to-end implementation and automation, and secure AI agents for government and enterprise. It says its delivery teams are security-vetted, with clearances for classified federal work, and that it delivers across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and the US.
