Pave is a Denver-based AI enablement and build team formed in 2020. It helps shared-services teams such as marketing, people and customer operations adopt AI, and helps product teams design and ship AI features faster. Founder Wayne Robins previously worked at Google and BCG, and the small team includes forward deployed engineers, a designer and advisors.
Engagements typically start with a one-week sprint that produces an AI fluency report, the top three opportunities and a delivery plan. The following weeks map priority workflows, then build and pilot new AI workflows while measuring results.
