About Veles Digital
Veles Digital is a custom AI automation agency in Belgrade, Serbia, founded in 2025 by Igor Medic and Nikola Kosanin. Its LinkedIn page lists a team of two to ten people. It works mainly with small and mid-sized businesses, e-commerce operators and SaaS founders across the Balkans and wider Europe.
The agency builds conversational agents for WhatsApp, Instagram, email and web chat, workflow automations that join existing tools, analytics dashboards and AI features inside software products. It selects models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral and open-source families based on cost, latency and data residency. Work is delivered in fixed-scope milestones with weekly demos, first versions typically ship in two to eight weeks, and clients keep the code.
